Hey love! I’m Meg, the CEO and nail artist behind Naild By Megs LLC here in Pensacola, Florida. I specialize in creating flawless, creative nail sets with precision, care, and attention to detail. My goal is to give every client a set that not only looks beautiful but feels uniquely designed for them. I started doing nails in 2021 and quickly fell in love with the artistry behind it. I’ve always been a creative person, so being able to turn that passion into something that helps others feel confident and express themselves is truly the best part of what I do. I love meeting new people and building connections with my clients while bringing their dream nail ideas to life. NAIL HEALTH & SAFETY For sanitation and safety purposes, services will not be performed on nails showing signs of fungus, infection, open wounds, or severely damaged nails. Please arrive with healthy nails or your appointment may be declined. NAIL PREPARATION Please arrive with bare nails/toes or book the correct soak-off service. Naild By Megs LLC does not work over another artist’s work. NAIL ART TIERS When booking, please ensure you select the correct nail art tier for your desired design. If no nail art tier is added to your appointment, a solid color service will be performed. GUEST POLICY Guests are not allowed during appointments. Minors must be dropped off. A parent or guardian is welcome to briefly check in at drop-off. AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS After-hours appointments may be available upon request and require a $50 fee. These appointments are not available for online booking and must be arranged directly. DEPOSIT A $20 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go toward your service total. LATENESS A 5 minute grace period is provided. After 5 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied if the appointment can still be accommodated. If I am unable to accommodate the delay, your appointment may be canceled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be Canceled or Rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment, and the deposit must be used within 30 days. Late Cancellations may result in a 50% rebooking fee of the canceled service. No-Shows will be banned from booking future appointments. If there is no communication within 10 minutes of your appointment time, the appointment will be canceled and 100% of the remaining balance may be charged.
